Returns at Koko Oil are FREE and EASY.

Koko Oil Return Policy:

You may return your item to us within 7 calendar days, no question asked. Countdown starts from the date you received the item to the post stamp date on the return parcel.

Your return can only be approved based on the following reasons:

• Damaged item
• Defective item
• Product is expired
• Wrong item delivered

Process for returning an item:

1. Make sure it meets the criteria for a valid return.
2. Contact our Customer Service Team for a Returns Form Click here.
3. Fill in the Returns Form.
4. Return everything that you have received in its original packaging.
5. Drop off your item at any LBC or 2GO outlet.
6. After we receive your package at our warehouse, you will be refunded within 48 hours alternatively if you so choose replacement.
