Samples: We provide free samples of up to 500 ml but ask our partners to shoulder the freight cost, which will be deducted at your first order. However, if needed we gladly supply additional samples at additional cost.
Payment: For smaller orders we ask for 100% prepayment. For larger orders we ask for 50% down payment at the time of order and 50% final payment a week before pick-up/delivery.
Mode of Payment: Bank to Bank (Telegraphic Transfer) plus local bank charge of USD 50 per remittance.
Availability: Varying depending on current order status, but normally up to 30 days for bulk shipments and up to 60 days for retail packaging depending on volume quantity.
Ex-works: Ex-works means the nominated shipping agent will pick-up the cargo from our warehouse in Maanda, Leyte. Any additional responsibility’s such as domestic transportation, insurance, government fees, charges at port and certificates to be arranged by the shipping agent. Of course, we can offer FOB as an option.
Minimum order quantity: 1 pallet
